Adjunct Professor at the School of Education of the Polytechnic of Porto and Integrated Researcher at the Institute of Sociology of the University of Porto. Collaborating researcher at inED - Center for Research and Innovation in Education at ESE do Porto.
Is currently working as the National Sub-coordinator of the PIAAC - International Program for the Assessment of Adult Competencies, an OECD study.
