Julia Kuokkanen

My name us Julia Kuokkanen and I work as a senior advisor at the Central Union for Child Welfare, Finland. I have a decade of experience of working within the child protection field.  I hold a Master´s degree in political science from the University of Helsinki. I am also a legalized social worker. Currently I work with questions regarding the development of child protection system and children’s rights in Finland.
