Masters degree in Forensic Sciences from University of Porto, and post-graduation in Gender Equality (2017) and Legal Medicine (2007).

Invited assistant at the Faculty of Medicine of University of Porto, University Institute of Health Sciences (IUCS), CESPU, CRL, and Catholic University of Portugal. Founding member and board member of SPECAN, APCF, and volunteer psychologist at SOMA surf Sao Tome. Researcher at EPI unit, the Social Epidemiology Group of the ITR Lab - Laboratory for Integrative and Translational Research in Population Health. Published work in workplace violence, burnout, trauma-informed care, child and family abuse, and has specific training in early intervention programs, and parental training (Incredible Years Program).
