Frederico Moura e Sá
Urbanist, PhD in Architecture from FAUP, Master in Planning from UA and Degree in Civil Engineering from FEUP. He has been a lecturer at the UA since 2008 and is an effective member of GOVCOPP and L3P. He was a member of the board of the Portuguese Association of Urban Planners and managing partner of Jorge Carvalho Urbanistas, coordinating various projects in the fields of urban execution, urban planning and mobility. He is an invited Professor at FAUP and occasionally at UM's School of Architecture. Recently, at IC-FEUP, he was one of the people in charge of the studies for the extension of the Porto Metro network. He has collaborated with several municipalities in the preparation of urban plans and projects, in particular: Abrantes, Braga, Évora, Matosinhos and Viseu. He also has international experience in the bike-sharing sector, especially in terms of dimensioning and planning.
