As a dedicated social work educator and experienced youth professional, I have developed a deep passion for supporting young people and improving their development. I am committed to creating equal opportunities for everyone. My work is driven by a belief in personalized approaches that promote growth and learning.
During work and master research, I developed a blueprint for innovative services specifically for young people with complex problems. This blueprint has been refined and is now actively implemented as a new operational approach. This achievement fills me with pride and motivates me to inspire my students to participate in research that improves practice in the field.
As I look ahead, I am eager to continue bridging the gap between theory and practice, ensuring that future youth professionals are equipped to create impactful, positive change in the lives of young people.
