Access to Online Sessions

The conference will include online streaming.

Online access is available through the conference website, in each user’s personal area, using the email address and password created during registration.

Participation requires a valid and completed registration.

To participate online, select the LOGIN button in the top-right corner of the conference website.

After logging in, click on “Sessions” in the left-hand menu of your personal area. During the conference days, the list of ongoing sessions will be displayed. Simply choose the session you wish to attend and click the “ENTER” button.

Time zone: Europe / Lisbon.

Testing Audio, Video, and Presentation Sharing

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, we recommend that you test your audio, video, and file-sharing in advance.

To carry out this test, please follow these steps:

• Select the LOGIN button in the top-right corner of the conference website.
• Click on “Sessions” in the left-hand menu of your personal area.
• Enter the session “Test Session (Audio, Video and File Sharing)”.

The test session will be open starting January 20. You may carry out your tests alone or together with your co-authors. Each participant must log in using their own credentials.

The technical support team will be available at the following times:

• January 23, from 14:30 to 17:30
• January 26, from 09:30 to 12:30

Please note that all times refer to the Lisbon time zone (Europe/Lisbon).

To ensure a smooth presentation, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

• Stable internet connection
• Microphone and camera
• Use of headphones with a microphone is recommended (not mandatory)
• Use of Google Chrome or Firefox browsers
