15th of January from 2pm to 5pm
20th of January from 9:30 am to 12:30 am
22nd of January from 2pm to 5pm
25th of January from 9:30am to 12:30am and 2pm to 5 pm
To do the tests select "LOGIN" in the superior right corner in the congress' website.
Click in "Sessions" in the left side menu.
Enter "Help Desk".
To make sure that your presentation goes without any problems you should pay attention to the following details:
. Access to stable internet;
. Microphone and camera;
. We advise you to use earphones ou headphones with mic (not compulsory);
. Use Google Chrome or FireFox;
. The authors should join the session 10 minutos earlier;
. The presentation is done by sharing your screen. (Authors can send us the presentation in MP4 format with voice included).
We suggest that you make your audio, video and screen sharing test with time in one of the schedules above.
