Pedro Carvalho got his B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences and his Ph.D. in Food Consumption and Nutrition Sciences, both by University of Porto. He is Guest Assistant Professor at the Catholic University, where he lectures Nutrition and Sports, Human Nutrition I and Nutritional Assessment. He works as Nutritional Counselor of some sports teams and food retail companies. He is also clinical nutritionist specialized in Sports Nutrition and Weight Loss.
