Abstract submission:
1st Call (early) - until August 31st
2nd Call (regular) - until October 31st
3rd Call (late) - until December 12
Abstract Results:
1st Call (early) - until October 9th
2nd Call (regular) - until November 15th
3rd Call (late) - until January 3rd, 2023
Authors Registration:
Note: Only one registration will have to be associated, coauthors will be able to register after the 15th of January. This registration is mandatory for inclusion of the abstract in the congress program.
Presentation Files submission:
All Posters will be available online and the PDF file of the Poster must be submitted on the platform along with a 3-minute presentation video. The template for the elaboration of the Poster is available down below.
If you choose to participate in person you can also, in addition to the online submission, participate on the in person Poster Discussion session, taking place on the 27th. In this case, printing is not necessary. The Poster will be projected and presented in the room (presentation time: 3 minutes).
Posters presented in person are eligible for evaluation by the jury:
-Best Poster: 100€
-2nd Place: Honorable Mention
7 minutes for presentation followed by 3 minutes of discussion.
Language: Portuguese, Spanish or English;
Base: It is mandatory to use the official template of the congress;
Maximum 8 slides;
Presentations file must be uploaded in PDF format until January 23rd.
The person that presents should be identified as such in the abstract.
Note: Each person may submit up to 3 papers (including posters and communications).
Oral Communications presented in person are eligible for evaluation by the jury:
-Best Poster: 200€
-2nd Place: Honorable Mention
The presentations of symposia and projects must comply with the norms indicated for the presentation of Oral Communications, although they have different presentation times:
> Symposium: 60-minute session. Moderation must be ensured by the symposium coordinator .
> Project presentation: 10 min + 5 discussion.
