Learn what bullying truly is, how to identify potential perpetrators, and what can be done from home or the classroom. This workshop offers tools for addressing bullying from an evidence-based perspective. It is designed for professionals in educational and socio-emotional fields seeking concrete strategies to work with bullying situations, specifically with bullies. We will begin with a clear and accessible overview of the essential elements of the phenomenon: what bullying is, how different roles operate, why some children persist in aggressive behaviors, and which factors increase or reduce risk. We will also review internationally validated programs and models, highlighting their key components and applicability in real-world contexts. The central part of the workshop will be highly experiential. We will alternate short explanations with hands-on activities to allow participants to experience the techniques firsthand. We will also address how to involve families in a positive and collaborative manner. To conclude, we will offer a collaborative space where participants can design mini-interventions, share ideas, and develop strategies tailored to their professional contexts—a participatory environment intended to provide materials, clarity, and ready-to-implement resources.
