This workshop offers a practical, updated, and evidence-based overview of how to effectively intervene with victims of school bullying. Drawing from current evidence, the session provides specific resources and tools for socio-educational professionals seeking to improve early detection and responses to victimization. The first part of the workshop explores the experience of bullying from the victim’s perspective, considering gender, diversity, and social vulnerability factors. Psychological, social, and academic consequences will be discussed, as well as early indicators that allow identification before cases become chronic. In its applied component, the workshop offers a structured step-by-step guide for action following case identification, including practical exercises. Participants will engage in case studies, interview simulations, active listening and communication skills training, and activities aimed at enhancing social skills and emotional expression in victims. The workshop will also address best practices for communicating with families from a collaborative and respectful standpoint. The session concludes with an open space for questions, reflection, and shared discussion to foster professional exchange and consolidate learning.
