ICCA 2024

The International Conference on Childhood and Adolescence intends to promote an open dialogue on Childhood and Adolescence issues, through the intersection of multidisciplinary perspectives and diverse experiences in the area. Anchored on a participatory approach, in which the audience can and should take part in the debate, ICCA strives to encourage the encounter between knowledge and know-how in the most varied areas linked to the topic, bringing into contact researchers, technicians, students and teachers from various scientific and professional areas, such as Paediatrics, Psychology, Sociology, Education Sciences, Social Work, Nutrition, the Arts, Law and Sports, among others.

Seven successful editions have met the objective of affirming ICCA as a place for sharing knowledge and multiple experiences regarding the great theme under discussion "New social issues of childhood - the child at the center of the debate". About 500 participants per edition, from all over the world, have contributed to the success of this project, in person and online, in the last two editions.
